To be quite honest, I don‘t think we're doing  well with the transition from analog to digital at all. Mostly because the wrong parameters get compared, and as always, nostalgia gets in the way. While the analog process is clearly the past, everyone shooting digital  just seems to lust after \"the analog look\". As someone who hasn't been shooting since 20 years, I'm approaching this question with the digital process in mind. \n\nBut this discussion isn't an end in itself: I think we need to further acknowledge and understand the challenges everything technical brings for the creative side.
